Criteria
Public voting begins at 12:01 AM (PST) on May 6th and ends at 11:59 PM (PST) on May 17th, 2013. During this time, videos may be voted one vote, per person, per day.
Judging criteria for round 2 voting is as follows:
- 25% – Concept/idea
- 25% – Effectiveness and creativity of the message
- 25% – Level of digital responsibility and/or cyberbullying/bullying prevention messages as evidenced in video
Judging criteria for round 3 voting is as follows:
- 20% – Concept/idea
- 20% – Effectiveness and creativity of the message
- 20% – Overall video quality and execution
- 40% - Level of digital responsibility and/or cyberbullying/bullying prevention messages as evidenced in video
